Default Sky one

I understand this has probably been asked a dozen times before.
I know Sky have stopped virgin media having the rights for Sky One, but is there no way of inputting the frequency manually and getting it.
I have to watch Lost on my pc, but would like to watch off my sofa.
Sky three for that matter too doesn't seem to be available, even though you can get that with freeview!
Thanks in advance

Don't think you'll have much joy if your using cable stream, i have dvb-c card in pc also and nothing.
When sky one went so did sports news etc due to sky being robbing ......, way i see it you get it free anyway, plus when we had skyone it were constant repeats, thou a few newer progs every year or so appeared, i didnt watch it much only for the Road wars, not end of world.
See if branson sorts something for virgin 1
