Help with Commando 9.25 - Doing my Head in now.

I have been trying to update the commando image as I currently have 5 and would like to get 9.25 as my channels are freezing.

This is what I have done so far but I still can get it to work.

1. Backup all my services and other files to my PC
2. Using IFA I have installed the Commando Image 9.25
3. Using Bouquet editor I have put backup my channel files.
4. I have copied keys back in to Var/Keys.
5. I have changed Software Can to Evocamd - 0014 and Rom 7
6. Set my location to Yorkshire
7. CHMOD keys files to 755
8. Gone to BBC1 Clears okay no problem.
9. Done to Sly Sports 1 and waited 20 mins no clear then to Bravo no clear.
10 Tried different Cams and Ucodes still no joy.

I have read most posts and people have done the same as me and it cleared within 10 mins no hassle.

Is there anything else I can try.

Your expert help would be most appreciated.

This is how I usually do it..(in order)
1. backup service.xml and bouquet.xml only.
2. flash the dbox using IFA using both nullmodem and crossover cables
3. once completed..transfer the keys file to the box and chmod it to 755
4. transfer (and overwrite) the service and bouquet.xml files
5. set my location, ucode (0014) and cam to evocam.
6. switch off the box and wait for a few seconds and turn it on again..

that's it..

Thanks for that, but it is sorted i copied my old keys from my version 6. image and 2 ticks later it all came back on.
