My guide is up and running but all chanels say autoroll processing how do I fix this problem
receiver is a viewsat ultra dish is nimiq 1,3 91.ow some clarification the chanel guide says the show and time etc. it is working but when I choose a chanel nothing comes up It just says autoroll processing. The 2 chanels that I have got to come in are bell express vu info chanels.

Which channels?
Which satellite?
What receiver?

It would appear that mvmodry is located in or around America.
The satellite is Bell ExpressVu on Nimiq 1 at 91.0°W
The channels,refered in the OP are fta channels.
Is the Viewsat Ultra's software up to date.
Software and manual here
