Default Eurovox Max 2008 + Scart/RGB Cable

We have a LCD TV that has a "component" interface does anyone know if the Eurovox Max 2008 would work with a Scart to RGB (YUV) cable

The reason we are trying to do this is because the component interface of this LCD has a much higher definition than the scart > scart cable gives

I always use component when connecting my dvd players, but recievers are not as good picture/sound wise. You could buy the scart-component cable and see if the picture improves ( you could always get your money back ). Remember to connect audio cables if you use component because they only carry the picture,

hope this helps-cheers mick

if you really want to improve your picture and you have a hd tv the best option is to buy a dvd recorder with a hdmi output and connect your box into it via scart and run it out through hdmi. This should upscale your picture. I have a sony model called RDRGX350 and the picture quality differnce is massive. Highly reccomend it. Bit pricey though. You shuld be able to pick one up for about 150 euro
