Default ITVs CITV killed off in Wales.

I have just noticed on teletext(BBC Wales region) sorry its also on DTT BBC 1 as well all over the UK.

Due to changes of Mux, the ITV childrens programme CITV is no longer available in Wales anymore on terrestrial TV.

It goes on to say, of course it remains on satellite and cable.

So another FTA channel is killed off in Wales, whats going on, anyone know
