go menu, put in 1570 and another menu should come up. At the bottom, there will be an EMU option. Dont know what EMU is

if ur running old software u can put in new keys as well in the secret menu.

im sorry if this is not new.am new to here but am stressed.have lost films.have the old star view.please help,me.one other thing sky sports 1 is now sky bets.thanks

Sky sports issue has been addressed here Starview Patch for SkySports1

To get your channels back you need to do a factory reset, scan again and turn your key emu back on.
