Default Transponders....

Hello Guys, need a bit of help if at all poss. When i first got my Starview Box i used to have 28 Transponders, and when i did a search, managed to get all channels to come up no problem. But for some reason or another i only have 4 Transponders now, and am missing quite a few of the channels now. And my Starview Box is also one of the earlier models. There always seems to be plenty of information on all the other cable companys such as :- Telewest/Virgin/Cable&Wireless and the like, but never seem to come across any information on the cable company called ( SmallWorld ) Any help or information would be most appreciated my friends.

Jinx.......
