Well she's up and running and I'm well pleased with my thirteen quid bargain, the bracket it came with was worth that alone.
![]() At the moment I have it fixed on 16e whilst i save up to motorise it. Getting a great signal even with the cheapo lnb i have fitted for the moment. Trying to decide between a polar mount and actuator or a jaeger 1224. are there any significant advantages of one over the other? took these pictures in the evening after i finished putting it up so they are a bit dark, will post some clearer brighter ones this weekend . looking good, a 1224 would be good on that mount as it will be 3 inch diameter
it looks really solid that mount, after one myself as my t&k brackets are a mess

That looks very nice. It appears to be similar in size and lnb mount like the 3' primestar I am about to put on sometype of movable base. What type of lnb does this type of dish use? MIne had an old 2 coax type which am sure is obsolete or bad.
Thanks Tom |

The biggest laugh is that I've seen quite a few of what look like channel master dishes all down the side of the motorway in France
