i am missing channels and i have spent ages deleting duplicates and renaming but i am still missing channels any suggestions as i don't want to lose what i got

only way to do that safely is to keep trying update channels in the menu and hoping you get them back I have lost Sky screen 1 and 2 and so far have not managed to get them back despite repeated updates ...
