Cant get any channels Please help........

Hi All

I have a Starview 2 "THE BOX" cable receiver , i have downloaded the software to it. Then i have scanned the box and it states there are 259 channels. I have gone to the secret screen and turned the emu on.
Now all channels still state scrambled or bad channel. The only channels i get are BBC1,2 ITV1, Channel 4 and 5, aswell as all the radio station.

Any one got any ideas. My cable network is Virgin. But i have noticed that they are not listed in the scan provider.

Any waycan some one help please......

i have now have got it sorted al my channels are working.

How did you get sorted? my cable box is around 6 months and now have the same problems as yours? Factory reset didn't solve the problem.

I did a factory reset, plug it back into my PC uploaded the software again and then went through the normal steps, I did this 3 times and eventually it worked.
You must turn the emu on, also when you have turned the emu on and clicked exit and exit again you must wait until the onscreen update finishes, i missed this so i did not wait for it to finish. You will not get anything if you dont do this.
