Default Help!!

I've tried to reset my Scanview box and made a complete hash of it!

I've less channels now than I did before I started!

I redid the factory settings, then entered the new 00 and 01 keys I got off here but still lost channels - even the ones I had got before ie, FX, Setanta and Motors TV. I'm getting myself in a right tiswas trying to sort it out. I'm in Manchester area on Virgin Ex C and W if that's any help.

Any ideas oh wise ones, I'm a technophobe so no long words please lol!

Cheers muchly

Susie

Panic over, normal business resumed!

I checked and the EMU was off, put to on and hey presto - it works.

Thanks all
