sb4100 jtag problems

hi there guy and girls....

got a sb4100. tring to flash it with SB4100-FIBERWARE-V9F4.HEX as it has come from the usa.. NO LUCK! When i tri and Jtag it i got this come up....

i got the boot.exe program open and the st file loaded.. all my firewalls are turned of..

any 1 had this problem before???

Are you doing this with a JTAG connected or a RS232 connected?

If you have a JTAG connected, you should use Schwarzekatze. If using a RS232, check it's connected properly and you have the correct settings in Hyperterminal.
