Ive put a few cable ties for now until the u bolts arrive. They should hold

Because i had padded out the u bolts (with washers as the diameter of the nut was so small it went through the slot in the t@k bracket) i think this was causing it to slide slightly and therefore knocking the mount off vertical.

MIght have been a blessing in disguise as ive had to order some more and hopefully these will clamp the mount secure and does not move.

wow! ordered 4pm yesterday from tlc, came in the post today. Thats quality service.

Got the new u bolts on and its solid, plumb vertical. Few sats missing that I had before. Sticking with 1.2 so a lot of bird hunting to follow.
