What operating system are you using?
What are the specifications of your computer? If you are running XP have you got all the updates downloaded? Is the device recognised by your computer, as a lot of these messages are just to inform you that you are not getting the most from your device as you are running it at a lower speed. Have you checked for any driver updates from the manufacturers web site? |

I had this message the other day with a USB Hard drive. I just ignored the message, the drive still worked OK. It is just a warning I believe.
