The old pinback flash is in downloads in the fun hex folder, if you dont have any luck with libby, pull red jumper go into eng menu and then insert card, flick through the pages a few times and go back to net id page, you should see if net id has set.

i dont know how i did it but at some point lastnight i must have set net id to mine because i powered it up just now and e/m showed it was set. i then rebooted the box and after about 5 mins it came on. but, about 5 mins after that, it rebooted itself and got stuck in this loop again. now i have had to pull jumper to get it to come back up with eng menu.

i'll have another go at a few things tomorrow as im busy tonight. its annoying because i've had it on once but it reset itself.

can the software on the box have anything to do with it?

Dont think its the software, probably the batterys flat and just needs leaving on to charge, unless its duff and needs replacing, you could check with test meter if you have one.{with box unplugged}.

I've finally cracked this box.

Its a Di 1000T and I was getting it to work on a C+W stream.

As you can see I was having trouble setting net ID and getting it to update to the new soft.

I had it working before on the old soft but it stopped as soon as i removed the power and went back to the TW 'please dont unplug, its updating screen' which it stayed on forever.

I couldn't force it to update, it just went through the motions forever.

So, I booted the box up with the NetID fun in the slot. It came up with a Black TW BB screen and said 'updating' ect. It booted and displayed the FTA channels and as I looked in the on screen 'diagnostics' return path was off and net ID was set to what I had set it too. Pin was also set.

Note - Upto this point, the Middle LED had never flashed as you'd expect with TB cut.

So, I removed power and it went back in the loop where I could not update or do anything.

I repeated this again and got it to this point again.

I then made my Fun with a C+W flash and it accepted it and aired all channels.

Note - LED still not flashing.

I then removed the power with the Fun in and it started to update. a min or two later, its displaying a black screen with the Vermin logo.

LED is now flashing as you would expect.

Software on box is 3.6.

Case closed.

Thanks for all the help and continute to keep up all the hard work fellas!
