Default Can a PVR be hooked upto a Eurovox and the PVR be accessed from other rooms via coax?

Can a PVR be hooked upto a Eurovox and the PVR be accessed from other rooms via coax to watch the saved programs?

A PVR can certainly be connected to the Eurovox's scart output. So long as the PVR supports UHF output, you can feed it to other TV's over co-ax.

Would the PVR need 2 scart connections then, 1 for the Eurovox and the other to connect to the main tv?

I presume I'd be able to access all the Eurovox channels via the PVR, therefore what device would you recommend in order for me to control the PVR from other rooms (via a loftbox)?

I suppose that depends on the PVR - you can get wireless video-senders that will also return the remote signal. There used to be a Rabbit system that would distribute remote signals back to the box. You would likely need something like that.
