Could a Freeview PVR be used to record/pause cable programess from a Eurovox?

i dont think theres any freeview pvr's that records from an external source on the HDD, i could be wrong though. I think your best bet is a freeview pvr with dvd recorder, you would record the freeview on the HDD and the eurovox on the dvd.

iwantabox dot com are selling a Eurovox Max-V 2008- HDDDVD RECORDER - is this the same box you are talking about?

Just found out that there is also a Starview the box pvr.

TiVos will record and control an external source, unfortunately they no longer make them for the UK market so your best be would be a second hand one off eBay.

They are still easily the best PVR around though.
