OK I'll try and help you as much as I can Answers to your Questions:

1)Is the infinity programmer the correct thing for me to get?

The USB Infinity Unlimited is the best one > is that the one you've got ? Others also work fine, it is just that the USB Inf Unlimited is better

What make is my card?

If your Card is an MOSC card (they have N*L or VM logo on them or it might say NagraVision on the back somewhere) then I won't be able to help you much, cause I've never used them cards and I don't think I ever will (too complex) If it is not a MOSC card then just insert your card into your USB Infinity Unlimited (assuming you have that programer) the Infinity programe will ask you whether you want the card to be automaticly detected, click { Detect } then { CPU } and it will tell you what card you have

What software do i need to re-programmer the card?

I use NagraEdit v4.1 >> this has never failed for me !! Always worked 100%. Some people prefer Toxic7 coupled with SwapBinHex, but when I was a n00b a while back (lol) T7 and SBinHex never worked for me !!!!!

What flash do i need to use to update and be able to re-use the card?

The latest flash is available on the BiqMaq toolbar, if you can't get that, PM your e-mail and I'll send it you over via e-mail

then I THINK your card is an MOSC.

They can be "unlocked" but as I said earlier I'm not the man to do them cards (I don't know how to do them ! ).

I'm sure someone from the Pros on Techwatch will help you sort it out

Is your card a ROM 10 or 11. If this is the case you need an unlooper. Let me know if you want any more information on this.

Hi There,
I have a titanium 2 card which has gone down, a neighbour of mine used to update and reprogramme the card for me. but he has now moved and i am left with a box which does not work. can u please tell me how i can fix this.

he has given me his pheonix infinity usb card programmer which he used to use but i have no idea on to how to use this or what programe to use it with.

can u please help me out. im a newby so a step to step would be so helpful. please email me any files which i may need.

Mate you need to dwn load big maq (seach for it on google)

Ther after click on "file & fixes" -> "Cable file" -> "Noice angel guide"

This should help.
