Angry EuroVox Max V not scanning

Hi Folks,
David here and i'm new this website, I have a eurovox max V and when i do a powerscan it is not picking up any frequencies, i have inputted all cahannels and frequencies manually and it seem to pick up channels but when it saves and i switch on the channel is displays no signal and please wait code being updated. the was working perfect up to about a week ago and then no signal displayed on screen. I am living in Dublin 15, on N*L digital. hopefully some one can help.

First question is are you getting the pictures OK from your normal set top box ? because it sounds like you have a signal problem....
