Default cloned eurovox max v

hello there can anyboby help??
just wondered if anybody new how to tell the difference between a cloned box and a genuine one? cheers

I havent really seen any internal pics of the max-v clone yet but the front of the latest genuine max-v has just the word (eurovox) on the r/h side and maxv in the middle under the channel display. The first release max-v and now the clones have the words (eurovox max-v) on the r/h side and digital satellite receiver in the middle. and as far as im aware they will not flash with kuro firmware so have no 16:9 option.

i have the max v with digital satellite receaver in the middle and have flashed with the latest kuro 18/04/08 and have wide screen

Mines a first generation MaxV and has never had a problem with the Kuro releases.

But if you are worried ufo then this doc should help you (courtesy of saroilium)

this is wrong its thw other way round

genuine

I have a Eurovox MaxV. I think it is a clone. I tried to update the software & I think I have bricked it. Can anybody please help me fix it.
