I see that News Corp. might be interested in buying it, I would say that Rupert will buy it. Sly and all it represents would like to rule the world and any free to air channels are a thorn in their side, so to achieve this world domination they will snap up all that they can, greedy baskets.

I think you will see the channels from TI Media incorporated into Sly Italy and my bet is that they will not be FTA.
