Angry scvs image where to put emus

Hi all,
Last night I flashed with the scvs image and loved to look of it, but I could not get any emus on to it. I must confess that I have been spoiled with the Gemini Image and using the blue button. When I had flashed the SCVS Image I could find no way to put anything on to it, no way to put an emu on to the image. I feel that I read somewhere that you need special emus for this image, like you do for the Pil Image.

Can someone please let me know what to do as I really like to look of the image?

Very best regards Wez

Hi this is the only way you can get some kind of emu in cvs image you need hardisk or cf make directory in your hardisk or cf what ever you got
telnet to your box and make directory "mkdir /media/hdd/timeport
then go to tmp put the plugin in tmp
then telnet to box and do this
cd /tmp
ipkg install enigma2-plugin-timeport-emupackmanager-cvs_2.0-r3_mipsel.ipk
hope it works for you mate once installed you will find this in plugins

Many thanks NadSad,
I download the file in the link you kindly gave me, then I do what you has also kindly told me to do? When I have made the Dir on my HDD and have installed the plugin to it, I put any emu in to temp, then go to plugins and the plugin will allow me to install the emu?

Sorry to seem so stupid, but I would like to get it right from the start.

Many thanks again and good luck.

Very best regards Wez

Grow up mic mic, if you don't know the difference then I shall not even attempt to put you straight. I would advise you to learn a thing or two before you go spouting about something you know nothing about. In the mean time just keep your posts to something useful, if that is possible with you.
