hi, again eveyone i have just brought a eurovox max and seem to be haveing a problem!! i carnt get rid of the man/women talking over the programs how do you switch it of????

hi, again the annoying man/women has gone but Itv2, itv3, e4, e4+1, film 4 and film 4 have gone i have tried to update the channels and they don't come up! would i have to do a power scan or again? would i lose the my channel settings?? or even better has someone got the frequency's for these channels?? i have already tried to input the frequency's from stickys thread and had no luck!! i live in Stoke on Trent if thats any help! cheers!
