Eurovox Max V 2008 - No channels

Hi everyone - another noobie

Have just received my new Eurovox Max V 2008
Performed recommended reset of factory settings
Performed Power Scan
Can only receive 11 channels (9 x Discovery + CNN Int + Sony Ent)

Have reset factory settings with other symbol rate (same result)
Have also reflashed with latest firmware, performed above again (same result)
Also set wider frequencies to search (0 - 999.99 MHZ)
Running out of ideas based on previous info I have seen posted.

I live near Kingston/Richmond & on V!rg!n

Any ideas to help?

make sure you have an isolator in the white box on your wall and not just a wire coming into your home, do a power scan from 275 mhz to 870 mhz. mine wouldnt find any channels without the isolator attached.
