EUROVOX_MAX 2008 MAX - V ,cant get it 2 work

got my box 2day plugged in my scart from box to tv ,and the cable from my s*y box (sat cable)into the rf in on the box,then i have done the following


Turn on the box and press menu.
Press the right button to highlight CONFIG.
Use the down arrow to highlight CLEAR DATA.
Press OK and when asked for PIN enter 1004.
Use the down button to highlight FACTORY DEFAULT and press OK on the remote control.
Select 1 for T/W or 2 for N*L and press OK twice.
Press the right arrow to select FULL SCAN and press OK on the remote control.
Wait 60-90 minutes..
nothing happens after this please help ,

Eurovox only works with a cable feed (i.e Virginmedia), doesn't work with S*y Satellite.
