Default Where is the BDA Driver??????

Hi, I'm Trying to get my skystar2 to work under vista ultimate 64 with progdvb but I can't get any signal so I searched and found out that I need somthing called BDA driver, and I can find it in download under Satellite TV on PC , but where is it? even in the technisat web site I think they removed it, cause when I try to follow the link to there site, it gave a wrong web page!!
so can any body help me, PLEASE!!!
