Hi I have a chipped box which i have been using and working fine, I have moved it to another house a mile down the road (still using virgin media), to a house which previously had cable and has all the cables still there. When I plug the box in and fire it up it wont let me view the channels and says to ring 150. I know the box and card still work as I have tried them again at my other house. Does anyone know what the problem is or indeed how to fix it?
Cheers |

you would have to get into the box at end of road big green one, when inside the box look at all the cables on one of them there will be a tag with that address on just plug it in and away u go.. (fingers crossed the tag aint feel off) or u will have to get ntl/virgin round to install something such as tv/internet or if u really despret start cable pulling lol

A mile down the road could be a different area, i would check net id in eng menu, if ok then check connections, you should have a signal if you have virgin screen showing.
