Default time to call it a day...

with three 4001 boxes all stuck on tune. tried the net and pin change on the lot with no joy

pull the red jumper inside the box near the battery for a few minutes connect it back should work

download and follow dalmations stuck on tune guide,this is an excellent tut for this problem.have only ever had one box that could not be fixed by following it.

try this:

not official but my tested version which has always worked for me. Hold down the the up and down key on your box and switch on the receiver. you will go to engineer menu. now switch it off and start it normally . most likely tune will be gone.

Screem has also tried it and it works.id doing this from almost a year and it has always worked for me for some reason.
