Unhappy Fortec Not connected

Hi there,

I've been using fortec 5100, which is very cool. Yet, recently the electrecity went off, and from there my problem started. I can view all the free channels, however, the paid ones don't show anymore..."scrambled"

When i check out the system information, it says that there is no connection. "not connected". although it shows the same IP, DNS...etc

I tried to restart the router, US robotics. Resest the line, turned the fortec on/off. no use.

I tried another forect 5100, and the problem is still there

Please help me...what should i do? I tried to change the IP from the router, and when i check it on fortec, it shows that the IP has changed, yet the status is still "not connected". Tried to ping the IP, and it pings fine.

Heeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeelp
