Default voice over service for blind

i have eurovox max v 2008 box but many programmes have a voice over giving descriptions of everything that is happening. it makes watching the programme impossible. does any one know how i can stop it ? huge thanks in advance if you can .... HELP

Press the red button, and then choose unknown from language option.
