DigitAlb is a satellite subscription package that broadcasts from the satellite at 16E.

DigitAlb on Eutelsat W2 at 16.0°E - LyngSat

There are 3 card types:-

Sports

General Entertainment,

Both the above-Gold package.

To get them you need a 80cm to 1m dish, a receiver that decrypts CONAX,
(a TM5400CI+ amongst others will do it), and the card.

The cards can be purchased from many places all over the net, and be used perfectly legally for home use.

Have a look in the classifieds section:-

Southernsatellite and Affordable products both sell them I believe.

Southernsatellites do a complete motorised kit for less than £200, I think it was about £170.

For a fixed dish, a 1m dish is about £40, the receiver about £90, plus LNB cabling and wall bracket etc.

I have a Triax 110cm and paid £36 for it. Also maplin do a reasonable 90cm dish (Fortec Star) for about £45.
