Cable 600 pvr Dreambox Help? - Techwatch: Satellite TV forums, FTA, Cable, Hardware, & Tech forums

I appologise if I have posted this in the wrong place. I have just purchased a Dreambox 600C PVR and am having trouble finding a good resource regarding this cable version. Can anyone recommend a forum/group that has guides on how to do things with the box, images etc etc. Everywhere I go seems to be just for the satellite version. Thanks for any responses given.

mic_mic, you are in the right place but if it is a cable box as you suggest, it is in the wrong place and wont get any answers.

So as its the 600 C, I have moved your post to the cable section.

Have a look in cable tv for private fta section where you will find the link and password for the downloads site, in dreambox folder are images and tuts etc, we havnt got a specific dreambox subsection in cable, maybe we should start one off, any questions just post here for now, im sure someone will be able to help.

mic_mic, you can use the satellite info on how to do things with the 600 but make sure you only use the 600 type cable images.

Sorry to be more of a bother but could you post a link to it as I cant find it in the cable tv section. thanks for all your replies.

A link would rather defeat the object. Look in private fta and select second post. Then follow your nose.

it is definatly in cable tv then private fta section? Still cant see it, is it actually viewable for me? It is'nt my number of posts restricting it being viewable to me is it?
