Lyngbox Linux HDTV receiver is out for sale
now for a price of 679 euro.
Comes with DVB-S2 and DVB-T tuner and based on Linux. LyngBox - Overview Picture below from someone who received it. |

Nice looking
 and gets all its channel information daily from Lyngsat based on your dish size and location, very convenient. There are no plans to make it possible to install new software on it however.

It's also Made in Sweden and not in Asia as most other receivers are made in today.
I am very tempted to buy one but it's alot of money for a box. |

Nice! Like the OLED display
It has 2 CI slots, but does it have a card reader?

Ooh,its finally here,6 months after its expected launch.
Better late than never. Looks even better,in the flesh,so to speak. Is the photo one,in the UK or elsewhere? |
