Is it possible to get Galaxie Sport on 19.2 E and if so what patches do I need and where would I get them?

Its only available on 19E through subscription

you get the audio only on 19.2e. Open at the moment on 1w though.

It is currently available as part of Digitv with the latest patch for your receiver if you can get 1W, but they have started switching to Nagravision 3, so not for much longer.
