V+ - Mosc or what? doesnt go past powering up. After everythin was working

This morning when i turned on my box the tv showed "Virgin, Powering up" That stayed on for around 1 hour after which i turned the box off.
I started thinking that there must be something wrong with the card.
So i took my mosc card out and put it in the programmer and opened nagraedit and loaded my flash which had my detains, i clicked "write to card" and it started doing its stuff.

It logged in on BD3 perfectly then failed to log onto BD0, I think this was becuase the backdoor key was incorrect for some reason. But i did not think of that, so i opened mrom and clicked the button that says "reset" that returned with all OKs, so then i tried using nagraedit again but still it did not write.

So i went back to mrom and clicked on "reset" and it was OK again but i done it like 3 times to make sure, Then i clicked "reparar" and it said OK on the first line, then OK on the first string, But it said error on the second string.

Then i clicked "abrir cartao" and that came back with "rom11 nao suportado".
Now when i reed the card under nagraedit it does not even log into BD3, however before involving mrom it did.
Please can someone tell me what is wrong with my card? And how ican fix it.

Then i thought that i must carry on watching the tv, so i made a Fun4 card with the flash from Bigmaq under UPDATES/FIXES > CARD FIXES > 24 MAY 2007 > TW > FUNCARD - FIX BY MR CHAOS.
I downloaded that and used that as the flash and created the exteep using toxic 7 with my pubic keys from bigmaq. As the exteep was a .bin, i used swapbinhex and made it into a hex. Then i put that onto the fun4 and inserted it into the box.
Then i went into eng menu and the revision and balance were showing but for some reason under status it said no t-stream. But i dont understand why becuase before this happened it said OK with my mosc.
Now it stays on the powering up sign.
Please can someone help me.

Now i have made a new funcard. Now in eng menu it says OK, But for some reason the connections seem loose as when i first put the card in it said comm.error. Then i took it out and put it back in then it was fine. But now when i goto a channel it says your card is not inserted properly, please insert it correctly. I dont know why.
Now please can someone tell me how i can fixz that mosc as i prefer it over this fun4.

Now i have created another fun4 with files downloaded from somewere else and everything is working again, Like the V+ and HD channel.
But i still want my mosc to work as it is frustrating, I think Mosc was the best.
Please help someone.

You have to read the card first to open it before you can write it , i dont know what you have done to it, probably cooked the atr, if you cant repair it with mron i think its knackered, try reading it in 4.1 and whats it say ?
You would still have had the free channels even if the card had gone off, so it was probably nothing to do with the card anyway.

with mron set your delay settings to 350 350 180 ............you might get an error at first dont worry run the proggy again it usually starts to hit the card around the 90percent mark it will zero it

Thankyou Spikebaby, I set the delays and at first i got an error on string 2. But tried it again and that was succesfull. i can now read it under nagraedit and have already put my flash onto it. So this matter is now sorted.


But please can you help me with - "Docsis initial failier" code - 163.
Sometimes the box reboots and wehn i go into eng menu to see why, it gives that message under histroy. also then it says no t stream under card status, and try booting up and stays on virgin powering up, Then i have to take the card out and insert it again a few times and then it says OK under t stream and goes past the powering up, I dont know why this happens.

sounds like a signal problem with no t stream, which might be causing the 163 error, check all your connections and splitters etc.
