i;ve done about 5 full channel scans & my box wont pick up channel 5 any advice please on how to get it ? will i need to do a manuel scan to get 5 ? . If so how do i do that ? any advice would be great thanks

Have you tried the usual? Unlugged all splitters and Subscribed boxes, checked the un-named channels (TVCHAN1 etc)

maybe its there but not listed as five?? maybe it has an obscure name for it, that may need editing?
