aligning triax 90 cm fixed dish

90 cm triax fixed dish with 20 degree offset quad lnbs location Hull east yorkshire uk.

receiver technomate 5400
when dish was first setup up was aligned to get strongest singnal for Hotbird 13.0E SIGNAL strength on2 8.2E ASTRA 2 EuROBIRD IS 97 PER CENT STRENGTH 95 quality when i scanned channels on Astra2 eurobird 28.2E SHOWS all bbc itv channels but when i go to view them singnal strenth is there but no pic sound just foreign sat channels work.
is not technomate receiver as when i plug m sky digi dish into receiver can veiw all itv bbc local channels'.

any one any suggestions ideas . as compelte newbie

Hi, a few questions for you:-

Please post a photo of the LNBs as they are on the dish.

Make a note of the wires coming from the LNBs and check which position they go to on the Diseqc switch.

Also, go to the satellite setup menu, and find out what Diseqc1.0 switch positions you have set for the satellites you originally had working.

I suspect either your dish has moved in the wind, or someone has fiddled with the Diseqc switch positions. But to confirm, we need to know what you have setup.
