You need to give way more information first - What you've got, what you've done, What image etc etc.

sorry linscat its nokia dox2 ,i had lost some channels tried to get them back,messed with remote lost the lot,its neutrino with pacino
when i switch the box on all that comes up is loading kernel |

Have you tried re-flashing the image
