Default Samsung SMT-2100C Shorting the battery

hey everyone i have a samsung 2100c and im trying to set net id i need to reset the box by shorting battery i dont know how to do it at all can someone tell me plz how to shorten battery plzz

get a piece of wire and touch each end on each side of the battery for 10-15 seconds

With the box disconnected from the mains.

go to enginneers menu and your net id should say 09999

i tryed still same old net id i dont think i have shortened the battery properly which one is the battery how does it look and which type of wire do i need to shorten it? plzz help me mate

any wire will do i just cut up a ethernet cable and used abit off that, its the green battery in between the 2 metal holders do it a few times and it should work

i have finally shorted battery but once i wrote funcard and inserted into the box in engineers menu net id stayed at 0999 and card status was stuck on please wait can some tell me what i have done wrong plzzz

you need to set the net id first m8 unless your in a pure area
funcard netid tutorial
