Single Monoblock 3 degree Lnb problem

I have both a Singel Monoblock 3 degree Lnb. Before I had2 singel LNB one on Hotbird 13 and one on Astra 19.
I used diseqC switch and I run Dreambox 500.



Now I will lake to run Hotbird 13 and Eutelsat 16 on my new Monoblock. But I can’t get any programs.

I have disconnected two single lnb and diseqC switch. Then I have connected my new monoblock direct to Dreambox, set it up in menu 1/2 Eutel 16 and 2/2 Hotbird13 diseqC.

Signel is strong but I don’t recive any programs at all.



What it is that I am doing wrong??

I think you are going to need to move the dish a little.

It looks like originallly you had your focal LNB on hotbird, thus the dish is pointing at Hotbird.

However the 3 degree monoblock sits centrally at the focus with both LNBs slightly off.

The 16E LNB is the one on the left(looking at the dish face). You need to switch to that in the receiver and adjust the dish until you get a signal.
I think your dish needs to point more eastward, by about 1.5 degrees.

You can find out which switch position is for which LNB by putting your hand over the LNBs and see when you lose signal.
