Default Newbie Here

Hey all, please i need some help here, i'm a newbie to cable tv and i wanted to ask if it was necessary to have virgin media/ntl to use either starview or eurovox.
I currently use AOL and wanted a heads up if any of the boxes is compatible with it thanks.

If you use AOL over NTL Cable, then yes. If you use AOL over BT/ADSL then no.

Forgive my naivity but when you mean "over" do you mean like the phone company because i use BT.
