Annoying narrative/commentary setting - Techwatch: Satellite TV forums, FTA, Cable, Hardware, & Tech forums

Hi I am new to this forum and to this box

.
I have noticed on various and seemingly random channels there is a voiceover doing narrative of whats going on on screen. It is very annoying and is not part of the original programme so it must be something to do with the box. Does anyone know or have any tips to help please??

Its ok I figured it out.

for anybody who has the same problem. just press audio when it happens and press down

Can you be a little more specific please?
I can't seem to get rid of the comentary!

As said above just press the audio button on your remote and select the alternate audio stream.
