just got a new sagem 2 dbox anyway flashed it with blade trinity 2x using IFA via an ethernet cable same as i have done sucessfully done before on other boxes but this one on restart shows kein system and I now cannot get my IFA programe to talk to the box anymore please can anyone advise me thanks

you sure m8 it is a 2x and got 2 flash chips and watt version of ifa you using

I went on the info from the bloke who sold me the box who stated that it was a 2x box have opened it up now and it is only a 1x intel box silly me for not checking i normally do anyway! the programe i use is flash fxp version 3.4
appreciate any help

try the new ifa v3 and flash box with 1x image job done good luck

thanks have now got the software it mention that you may need a null modem cable I only have a ethernet cable do i need to get this lead and is it known as this name if i ask for it in the local computer shop thx

cross over ethernet cable via router you wont need a null modem cable m8

never done it though a router before ? normally do straight connection from laptop to dbox does this mean i need to

from laptop connect 1x normal ethernet cable to my belkin wireless router fom router connect 1x crossover ethernet cable to dbox then run the software

your help is appreciated and valued

sorry m8 thats the way i do it there are a number of ways the flash a dbox2 just find the best way for you read the dbox2 faq or pdf
