Question possible signal problems?

Hi there, could anybody help it will be much appreciated.

On some channels i don't get any picture it just say's ''sorry, this channel isn't available right now. please wait or try again later. but when looking at guide/settings/technical stuff/ SNR is 00.0db and Pre RS Erorrs & Post RS Erorrs it say's No Pre-RS& No Post-RS

yet it's only some channels like discovery etc.

would this mean i need a signal booster? and are they any good?

Thanks.

If both boxes are the same i guess a booster might help, have you looked in outside box, sometimes they fit a filter, if so remove it.
