can anyone please tell me how can i get my card chipped i asked a guy he wa asking 45 pound to do it is it anyway i can do it my self i have a scientific atlanta box.or shall i just go to the guy and get it chipped

the card is probably locked and you dont do it to a subscribed box durr
you always get a second box as all of your details are logged on the subscribed box

hie im soweee its just im new to this and the guy said he will chip the card and its got nothing to do with the box is it still safe to get it chipped im on the basic free view package from virgin they said im getting all the free view channels i have sky as well but coz of the asian channels im paying extra 20 pounds thats 41 pounds but anyways is it safe to do this the guys in nottingham and does the frequency thing matter where ever i get it chipped?

hello jimbo can i just ask which one you was saying that to as i was only trying to help the person and then he ended up having a go at me as i onli asked wat card was it and didnt realise it was as the title and he could of mentioned it in the thing that he was righting

You would need to buy a programmer with phoenix mode, the card must be paired to the box, you would also need an unlooper to unlock the card unless the card has been modified before and its a non locking type mosc.
The card if it has been left in the box and the subscription has been cancelled may have been hit by cable co, which means the boxkey on it will be altered so it wont be paired to the box and the box cant be done.
So its up to you if you want to learn how to do it ,once you have the tools you wont have to pay anyone again, and you have come to the right place.
