technika 42 inch hd tv colour problem?

Ive been using this hd tv without a problem until about 5 minutes ago. Ive got it rigged up to a ps3 via hdmi and my 360 is hooked up to it by hd leads. I turned on the 360 and the screen was blinking i usually fix this by turning on the ps3 and then off and the blinkering page is back to normal on the 360 this time however the colour was all dark and the picture was distorted. I turned tv off and back on an all seems well im just wondering if this is usual or its a sign of bad things to come?

hello dont know if this will help but i remember i had a tv like that where the colour was going off the tv what i mean is that the colour started to go black and white for some reason and so it kept on happening and so i just got rid of my tv but where as your tv is a 42 inch and if it has only done it the once then it will probably be ust a one off.
try this type of things which might help:
1.try tuning in the tv to see if that helps if it happens again
2.unplug everything thats by the tv like ps3 etc etc and plug back in.
and finally just try other things to the tv to ake sure that the colour is not going off and check everything is working on the tv.
may i just ask has this occured before or has it just happened the once?

thx for the reply. Yes its just happened the once and has been fine since. I just thought it was a coincidence it did that when i had the ps3 and 360 on at the same time maybe it was causing conflict (dunno if thats possible lol). The actual screen went similar to that as if you playing a computer game and it crashed and all the colours where a differnet shade than they should be and pic was all distorted but the tv channels where same also until i turned it off and back on.
