Hi never tried to lock a channel but you lock a bouquet by doing this services/bouquet editor/go to the bouquet you want to lock and then press dbox button on remote you will see on the bottom of your tv screen blue button moving from rename to hide then lock press ok your bouquet is locke best thin to do is create a bouquet name it unwanted and put all the crap in there and hide it or lock it
