Default footy channels and stuff

hi i have just mannaged to set my new technomate 5400 up an realy cant find much football . i have done the new key yesterday but still not havin much luck . i can get premier but thats about it realy . yesterday i could get galaxy on thor but thats sayin its scrambled 2 day . can anyone help please

2 things:

1. Make sure 'patch' and keys are up to date; also check if you have to turn "AU" (Auto-update) on on the receiver.

2. For where to find the footy, always check: *** L.J.·s LIVE Football and Sport on Satellite TV - Daily Football

were do ya find the auto update on your box m8 . i normaly just use my pc 2 update it with a female 2 female lead. (technomate 5400.)

this might sound daft but for the technomate 5400 the last patch was 02/29/2008 just so i no i have the right one

Yes, I think that is the most recent patch for the 5000 series. As for AU, if the menu layout of the 5000 is the same as for the 1000 what you do is: press menu, the receiver should highlight 'installation' by default, look to the right hand side and at the bottom of the list should be 'options', select that and press OK; you should then see a list of supported packages with either 'on' or 'off' in front of them; for the moment select 'on' for all of them.

i just tried that they was all switched on . they was about 6 of them. do i need 2 do some of the keys manualy or what ? . when i install the keys nothin happens on my screen so i cant tell weather theyare on propper , hope this makes sense lol
