Holding / off air downtime cards
This thread is for the often colourful cards radiated by part time channels overnight.
Any placeholder cards radiated before a new service starts should be put in the information / tuning card thread. There is some overlap in these but I'll tidy them up and rationalise which thread the posts are in when Ive got a few minutes This colourful one can be found overnight on Alpha TV Bucharest on 5E on 12678V 13333 5/6

This one is for Belsat, a Polish channel targetting Belarus. It can be found on 19E on 10773H 27500 5/6 whilst Belsat is off air..

This one is for the Ukrainian parliamentary channel Rada. Transmitted on Sirius 4 at 5E 11766H 27500 3/4 is on when the channel is on downtime.

Another old one from 28E - grabbed January 2007, this was radiating prior to the launch of House Of Fun TV.
Shame they didnt use the spell checker when making the graphic up!
