i had same thing on a sammy 2100,needed a couple of capacitors replacing,grand total 40p lol works perfect now.
check the top of the capacitors for sighns of leakage |

Some have had success with reflowing the atmels too, basicaly applying flux on the legs of the atmels with some heat from a gas torch and a touch of solder, to make sure of a good contact.
